About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team at TEEMA Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to work in a clinic setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to improving healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing consultations for patients experiencing acute and/or chronic pain secondary to musculoskeletal dysfunction.
  • To complete assessments, diagnose, manage patients' acute and chronic pain, order and interpret diagnostic tests, recommend and order procedures, refer patients to specialists, develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a specialist physician, provide health education to patients and families in collaboration with a specialist physician.
  • To provide patients with continuity of care between and after procedures, participate in Interdisciplinary rounds conducted daily to discuss goals and treatment plans, maintain the strictest level of confidentiality and privacy, maintain and appropriately use EMR and Clinic systems and databases, follow clinic practices and procedures, providing feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a recognized Physician Assistant program.
  • Current registration and licensure as a Physician Assistant with the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or specialty clinic setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate and implement treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology.

About the Opportunity

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
