### Key Responsibilities

* Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and equipment to the highest standards
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including floors, walls, and equipment
* Adhere to health and safety protocols and regulations, including those set by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
* Perform other related duties as assigned

### Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent working experience and education
* 1+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and shift work

### Work Environment

* Regular kitchen environment with exposure to heat, cold, steam, noise, odors, and lifting
* Standing and walking for long periods of time
* Some exposure to fumes, smoke, and chemicals
