Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
  • Assist with cleaning floors, walls, and equipment to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and shift work
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20lbs
Work Environment

Our kitchen environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to heat, cold, steam, noise, odors, and lifting. You will be required to stand and walk for long periods, with some exposure to fumes, smoke, and chemicals.
