You'll work with our team to deploy our AI-powered coaching solutions to industry giants like Coca-Cola, Nestle, and AstraZeneca. This role requires someone who can navigate complex landscapes, translate AI potential into business outcomes, and drive strategic initiatives.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a background in consulting and a passion for transformative technology. If you have a track record of client servicing excellence and can collaborate with busy leaders to drive initiatives forward, this could be the opportunity for you.

About the Role

  1. Deploy our AI-powered coaching solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
  2. Meet/exceed financial and strategic business targets.
  3. Build and manage strategic client relationships.
  4. Embed deeply in clients from a relationship and programmatic perspective.
  5. Expand our footprint within clients, with usage and revenue increases YoY.
  6. Execute a consultative methodology to drive client behavior change.
  7. Collaborate on presale processes, including piloting.
  8. Lead contract renewal processes.
  9. Manage contracting and invoicing processes.
  10. Contribute to product improvements.
  11. Identify new opportunities to expand our platform's impact.

What We're Looking For

  1. 4+ years of professional experience in Investment Banking or Consulting.
  2. Experience building strategic relationships that drive commercial growth.
  3. Rapidly translate ideas and strategies into the right outcomes.
  4. Ability to diagnose problems and put them back together in an impactful way.
  5. Proven ability to collaborate with busy leaders.
  6. Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams on track.
  7. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Comfort with data to organize information in a value-added way.
  9. Highly motivated and self-driven.
  10. Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
  11. Clear motivations for wanting to join a Series A startup focused on generative AI.

Location and Work Environment

This role can be remote, but candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
