About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Records Management Specialist to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our records and information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Provide Advice on the managerial methods and organization of our establishment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our operations.
  • Develop Quality Management and Quality Assurance Standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of our records.
  • Propose Improvements to our methods, systems, and procedures to enhance our efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide Customer Service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Computer and Technology Systems to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our data and information systems.
  • Ensure Security and Safety protocols are in place to protect our employees, clients, and assets.
  • Manage Transportation and Travel Arrangements to ensure the safe and efficient movement of our employees and clients.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet the demands of the role.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, communicating effectively and building trust and credibility.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in records management, data governance, or a related field.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
