Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable shopping experience.


Responsibilities
  • Become familiar with Circle K's products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries and make recommendations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform various tasks such as cleaning, stocking shelves, and operating equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Maintain knowledge of Circle K's promotions and policies to effectively communicate them to customers.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
