About the Role

At CARAWAY GRILL, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, estimating requirements for meal preparation and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
