Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and employees.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers and employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology).
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
