Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Dunrovin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
- Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
- Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning the counter area.
- Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist Customers with Self-Checkout: Provide assistance to customers using the self-checkout system and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
