About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Petro Canada West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and handle returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and tidy store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and facing.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
