Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at MANRO ENTERPRISES LTD. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market research, and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Plan development projects to drive business growth.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support business operations.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities.
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles.
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies.
  • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends.
  • Design market research questionnaires.
  • Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions.
  • Develop marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and manage digital database.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Electronic mail.
  • Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail.
  • Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Team player, Due diligence.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
