About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our retail store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that our store is always stocked and ready to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Maintain and restock store displays and shelves to meet company standards.
  • Accurately scan and process customer transactions, manage inventory, and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising displays and promotional programs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe store environment by adhering to company health and safety standards.
