We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Winners. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.75 - $16.75 per hour.
