Job Title: Residential Construction Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Team Lead to join our team at Shivraj Ghuman Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in residential construction
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
