Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Shivraj Ghuman Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and train a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budget updates and scheduling information.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Work Environment:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will work primarily on construction sites, with occasional office work. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with heights and physical labor.
