About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests. This includes working in various areas of the theatre such as concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ticket purchases and provide information about our services.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the theatre.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• You are a team-oriented, energetic, and friendly individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• You are able to work flexible hours, including evenings and late nights.
• You are physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
