Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes. This includes receiving and processing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory updates
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date product and supplier files
  • Collaborate with purchasing, suppliers, planners, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide oversight and support to warehouse staff on logistics regulations and compliance
  • Support safety-related activities, including incident reviews and equipment maintenance

About You

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, with logistics experience a plus
  • SAP experience preferred, with proficiency in MS Office software
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and self-motivation
  • Haz Com, Haz Mat certification (training provided as needed)
