Your Role
As a Receiving Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipment tracking, and quality control.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, suppliers, planners, finance, and logistics providers, to ensure seamless operations.
- Providing oversight and guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, with a focus on logistics and inventory management.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Haz Com, Haz Mat (DOT, IATA, ICAO, IMDG) Certification.
