Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and overseeing kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Estimate food requirements and requisition supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
