Senior Blockchain Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Blockchain team. As a key member of our R&D organization, you will be responsible for aligning teams and implementing key programs to drive the success of our blockchain foundations team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver on key initiatives critical to the success of Chainalysis.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to onboard multiple new blockchain protocols into our system.
- Improve the operational rhythm of the R&D team, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Research.
- Partner closely with other functions, including HR, Legal, Finance, and GTM, to communicate status of high-visibility projects and drive increased alignment.
- Use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the team's roadmaps.
- Lead successful staff and department all-hands.
- Direct hands-on experience with blockchain protocols.
- Multiple years of experience driving projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Thorough knowledge of SCRUM Methodologies with SCRUM certification, a plus.
- Experience presenting complex business and technical plans to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and applying best practices to track execution of projects.
- Experience identifying and managing program risk.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize, driving decisions based on data.
- Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment where the business changes rapidly.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferred.
