Nurse Practitioner

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Country Lane in Chatsworth, ON.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent care and service.
- Collaborate with the Director of Care to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Care.
Qualifications:
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous experience in long-term care is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
