About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Nextrux Transport Ltd. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy trucks, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
  • Verify and repair emission control systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

This role requires standing for extended periods and attention to detail. You must be able to work accurately, flexibly, and as part of a team.
