We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Consultant to join our team at Emedel Holding Inc. as a key player in our financial services department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives by providing tailored solutions for business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.
- Process credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants to assess their financial status, credit history, and ability to repay loans.
- Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing clients with access to automated banking services, telephone banking, and online banking.
- Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
- Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit history, and ability to repay loans, making informed decisions on loan approvals.
- Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
