As a Creative Director for Brand Design, you will work closely with our Brand Marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that elevate our brand presence and resonate with our target audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the overall creative strategy for the brand and campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategic objectives and resonance with our target audience.
  • Collaborating with the design team on the production and evolution of the brand's visual assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.
  • Producing creative concepts for multiple digital campaigns and leading the implementation of marketing materials across social media, website, and media channels.
  • Supporting the creative team on print design implementations, including packaging design and printed outcomes, evaluating materials effectively and communicating with suppliers.
  • Managing and inspiring the design process, while communicating ideas and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Working closely with brand marketing and product planning teams to ensure creative initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, integrating fresh and innovative ideas into our creative strategies.
  • Collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure creative deliverables meet the brand's standards and objectives.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in brand design and campaign creativity in the retail industry.
  • Hard skills in website/UI design, graphic design, and multiple digital material design.
  • Experience in packaging design, from concept to application, different materials, dyelines, colour management, and industries standards.
  • Proven capability of delivery on time and on quality.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and a deep understanding of brand identity, design principles, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your creative direction, design acumen, and successful campaigns within the consumer brand space.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with the UX team.
  • Coordinating 3rd party vendors.
  • Skills in illustration, animation, and motion design.
  • Experience working with global or high-profile consumer brands.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
