Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer - Construction to join our internal CAD department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating innovative architectural designs and detailed construction drawings using Revit.
Responsibilities
- Translate design concepts into comprehensive construction documentation
- Generate detailed technical designs, construction drawings, architectural schematics, and related documentation
- Analyze building codes, bylaws, spatial requirements, site conditions, and other technical documents to inform design plans
Requirements
- Completion of 2yr Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related construction-focused program from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM360 and other computer-aided design software
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings from all disciplines
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across multiple departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
