About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business analytics, financial planning, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead the preparation of monthly reports and financial analysis to inform business decisions
  • Provide critical support in evaluating potential acquisition targets and performing due diligence
  • Leverage internal and external data to drive insights and decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics; An MBA is highly desirable
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, financial planning, or business analysis, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting, M&A support, and accounting
  • Expertise in accounting and finance, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business intelligence tools for financial analysis and presentation creation
