Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at T&T Restaurant Crunchy Snacks & Nigerian Dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
