On-Site Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused On-Site Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in their facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are properly stocked and labeled.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts, engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions to benefit their business.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with sales partners and cross-functional teams to expand Grainger services and offerings in assigned customer locations.
- Education: High school diploma and 1-3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
- Skills: Self-motivated, high energy, and dedication to customer service and sales growth. Ability to effectively collaborate with tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers and cross-functional partners.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
