Job Overview:

As a Site Manager with BEST Service Pros, you will oversee day-to-day janitorial operations for our esteemed clients, ensuring a safe and professional work environment for a team of 20-40 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct site operations, ensuring client specifications and requirements are met, and review progress regularly.
  • Train front-line cleaning staff, supervisors, and administration on best practices and company policies.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor staff to ensure employee development and growth.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Implement company initiatives and communicate changes to staff in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient ordering of regularly needed items.
  • Manage changing priorities and adapt to business needs.
  • Respond to inquiries outside of business hours as needed to meet contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Work-related experience equivalent to a business-related post-secondary diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
  • Ability to pass a Canadian Criminal Background Check.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
  • Understanding of Business Accounting and relevant legislation, including the Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
