About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at BEST Service Pros. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our janitorial services, ensuring a safe and professional work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct site operations to meet client specifications and requirements
  • Train and develop front-line cleaning staff, supervisors, and administration
  • Motivate and coach a team of up to 40 members to achieve employee development and growth
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and develop growth plans for project works or other site locations
  • Implement and communicate company initiatives in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage inventory levels and respond to changing priorities
  • Perform other duties as required to support contractual needs and business growth

Requirements:

  • Work-related experience equivalent to a business-related post-secondary diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to pass a Canadian Criminal Background Check
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of Business Accounting and Employment Standards Act
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
