Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our Compressor Technique Service Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Service Operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales data and provide insights to the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a technical industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of air compressors
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
