We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our core P&C team, you will be embedded in our Solis Optics business unit, partnering with business leaders to create effective people strategies and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze people analytics to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.
- Build and cultivate positive relationships with business leaders, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance on people-related programs and strategies.
- Work with the People and Culture team to develop and implement templates, programs, and policies to enable business growth and model our high-performance coaching culture.
- Collaborate with business leaders to evolve organizational structures and talent strategies for short- and long-term scalability.
- Provide consultation and guidance on performance management, engagement, career planning, and talent development, ensuring effective change management in all people-related activities.
- 3-5 years of experience in People and Culture, with a strong background in HR analytics and change management.
- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, with CHRL/CHRP designation considered an asset.
- Experience working in an HRIS, with UKG specifically being an asset.
- Full bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
