Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at David-Maur Holdings Corp. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a fast-paced food service establishment, supervising staff, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
Work Environment

Our fast-paced food service establishment is a dynamic and exciting place to work. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with frequent standing and walking required.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
