Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Westport Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and conflict resolution.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
