Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Westport Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for our team members, including hiring and training new staff.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions:

40 hours per week, permanent position, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Language of work: English.
