About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide world-class customer service to every customer who walks through our doors. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences, and make informed product recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Utilize sales data and customer feedback to drive sales and optimize product displays. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to confidently recommend products to customers.
  • Team Involvement: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures, product integrity, and health and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Consultation-Based Customer Service Models: Utilize consultation-based customer service models to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Address issues that arise in day-to-day operations and provide solutions to improve store performance.
  • Experience Working in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
  • Experience in Skincare or Cosmetics: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to confidently recommend products to customers.
