Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our retail operations. As a Department Manager, you will be the face of our store, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that all store areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products to ensure maximum visibility and appeal.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive business results.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in retail or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset.

Work Environment:

  • Standing for long periods, lifting, and carrying heavy objects are required.
  • Adapting to temperature changes and working in a fast-paced environment.
