Job Description- Analyze software requirements and develop testing plans to ensure the highest quality of products.
- Install and configure software and hardware, as well as operating system software, to prepare for testing.
- Execute and document test results, identifying and reporting any defects or issues found.
- Develop and implement software testing policies and procedures to maintain the company's high standards.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college/CEGEP degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A hybrid work arrangement that balances remote work with in-office collaboration.
- Free parking available for employees who commute by car.
- A permanent position with opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Work term: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
