Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. This includes maintaining a clean and presentable work area, staying current with weekly and in-store specials, and analyzing sales data reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Analyze sales data reports to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S, food safety, and other corporate initiatives
  • Participate in final inventory calculations
  • Follow store lock-up procedures when required
