Job Summary:

The Client Service Team Lead is responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. This role is a key part of our team at Jace Holdings Ltd., where we strive to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and amazing food to all our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure a clean and presentable work area at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with weekly and in-store specials
  • Run, monitor, and analyze sales data reports
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, occupational health and safety, food safety, and other corporate initiatives
  • Monitor the execution of company inventory control procedures
  • Participate in final inventory calculations
  • Follow store lock-up procedures when required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
