About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 3D Concrete & Gravel Ltd. as a Receptionist. This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answering and directing calls, and taking messages as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Ordering and Scheduling: Order office supplies and schedule appointments, confirmations, and meetings as required.
  • Communication: Provide directory assistance, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and communicate with clients and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
Work Environment

This is a private sector position in a construction company. The work environment is professional and fast-paced, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the team.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
