Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Sales Director to develop and execute sales tactics to meet established sales and rental targets. The ideal candidate will establish relationships with clients and distributors, identify new rental and sales opportunities, negotiate and close agreements, and stay up-to-date with the knowledge of our tools and the sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Tactics: Create and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and rental goals.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify new rental and sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Negotiate and Close Agreements: Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients and distributors.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with product and industry knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Monitor Competitor Activities: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Provide Post-Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Pricing Strategies: Develop and maintain pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Prepare and Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for commercial activities on a national scale.
- Participate in Events: Participate in events, conferences, and fairs to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Fluent in French Language: Fluency in French language is required.
- Located at Quebec Region: The ideal candidate will be located at Quebec region.
- Degree in Business Administration: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is required.
- Sales Experience: Having sales experience and key account management is essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Technical Knowledge: Ease of learning technical and technological concepts is necessary.
- Team Player: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments is essential.
- Budget Management: Experience in budget management and reporting is required.
- CRM and ERP Experience: Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is necessary.
- Travel and Events: Availability to travel and participate in events, conferences, and fairs is required.
- Desirable Knowledge: Knowledge of the Mining and/or Oil and Gas sector is desirable.
