Job Description

The Strategic Solution Lead - Enterprise Growth will be responsible for overseeing the market success of ServiceNow's Asset and Planning products. These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform, creating a single source of truth that enables enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can develop and implement territory strategies, ensuring vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution. The ideal candidate will provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process, ensuring alignment with Now Value principles.

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities and develop account plans.
  • Ensure alignment with Now Value principles and customer needs.
  • Coach Account Executives and other sales teams to enhance their knowledge of specialty solution areas.
  • Celebrate successes and customize time allocation of responsibilities to meet territory and account team needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in return on investment analysis and solution selling.
  • Proven track record as an Account Executive or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of business sales processes and digital transformation.
