Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Whitecourt. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Assist with snow removal and ice control.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
