Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues
  • Collaborate with contractors and tradespeople to complete complex repairs and maintenance projects
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors in extreme weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
