Overview
The Federal Public Service Health Care Plan Administration Authority is a not-for-profit corporation responsible for administering the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP). The PSHCP is a private health care benefit program sponsored by the Government of Canada, covering public servants, parliamentarians, federal judges, pensioners, and their dependants.

Salary: $74,144 per year

Job Description
This role involves analyzing and interpreting comprehensive data from service providers to identify trends and areas for improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and cleansing data extracts, identifying cause-and-effect relationships, and evaluating audit results to ensure compliance with PSHCP standards. Additionally, they will generate reports on health care plan data, audit results, and key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret detailed Plan data from the service provider
  • Identify cause-and-effect relationships by linking facts and performing statistical analysis
  • Evaluate the results of the various PSHCP audit program components
  • Generate reports on health care plan data, audit results, and key performance indicators

Required Skills and Qualifications
- University education in business, finance, statistics, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in program compliance/evaluation, quality assurance, risk assessment, or program auditing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Access, Share Point, and/or statistical database applications would be an asset
- Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken. Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset but is not mandatory
