Job Summary

The Motor World Auto's Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
