Job Summary

G SRAN HOLDINGS LTD. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Logistics Coordination: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption to optimize logistics operations.
  • Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo by tarping and inspecting vehicles before and after transport.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Work Environment: Various locations.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Attention to detail, repetitive tasks, sitting.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 50 hours per week.
