Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Skyhawk Transport Services Ltd. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload goods from trucks
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Bill of lading and driver logbook knowledge
  • Attention to detail and physically demanding work
  • Flexibility and reliability
Work Environment:

As a Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with varying weather conditions and road conditions. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
