Job Description:

Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Primary Care Renewal Strategy, you will play a critical role in the transformation of primary care services and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation:
    • Facilitate sessions and workshops with staff and health system partners to gather requirements and develop process maps.
    • Conduct analysis and reporting on current and future states, including options analysis.
  • Business Case Development:
    • Draft business cases for potential procurement and/or budget submissions.
  • Qualifications:
    • At least five years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in healthcare, particularly primary care in Saskatchewan or other Canadian jurisdictions, is an asset.
    • Experience at a senior level on at least one large complex project that involved implementing major transformational changes to staff, business systems, and processes.
    • Excellent writing skills with experience drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.
    • Strong ability to translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups.
    • Familiarity with Virtual Care tools and technologies.

Compensation: Hourly rate: $90 per hour.
